Lecture By Judge Napolitano

Judge Napolitano gives a great lecture including, in part:
Thomas More
Stamp act
Madison's "natural law"
2nd amendment written to allow you to use your rights against the government if it is taken over by tyrants.
9th amendment reiterates the federal government has only 17 powers.
4th amendment is greatest right (after life). The right to be left alone, the right to privacy.
Alien and sedition acts wrote during time of fear of the French. Said if you are French and want to become American you need to be here for 14 years. And you can't criticize government under penalty of two years of imprisonment.
Charity comes from the heart.
The federal government can not provide booze and hookers to truckers in the desert and they want to run health care.
Who does the government hate today?
