Bernanke Admits Breaking Fed's Charter

The Federal Reserve is only allowed to purchase debt that is backed by the full faith and credit of the US government.
The face page of (housing) Fannie debt and Freddie debt explicity states that it is not guaranteed by the US government.

In Congressional hearings, Ron Paul had Ben Bernanke admit the Fed has bought Fannie and Feddie debt. The Fed literally created money out of nothing to buy debt the Fed is not allowed to buy.

The Fed broke it's charter. Audit The Fed! End The Fed!

Inflationary Depression

In February 2008, Ron Paul described how the economy was moving in to an "inflationary depression". The show's host said it was the first time she had heard that term.

Prices of things we need such as food and energy are rising while the economy is stagnating at low levels. The inflationary depression has arrived.

Wholesale prices rise in March as food costs jump
WASHINGTON (AP) -- Wholesale prices rose more than expected last month as food prices surged by the most in 26 years. But excluding food and energy, prices were nearly flat.
...
Food prices jumped by 2.4 percent in March, the most since January 1984. Vegetable prices soared by more than 49 percent, the most in 15 years. A cold snap wiped out much of Florida's tomato and other vegetable crops at the beginning of this year.

Gasoline prices rose 2.1 percent, the department said, the fifth rise in six months.

Blowback

Ron Paul introduced the public and Rudy Giuliani to the term "blowback" during a debate in 2007.

Rudy Giuliani endorsed former Democrat Trey Grayson from Kentucky. Upon the endorsement, an additional fund-raising effort for Rand Paul raised over $100,000 in one day. Is Rudy learning about blowback?

Endless War

At Ron Paul's Rally For The Republic in 2008, Aimee Allen sang of the universal soldier. Ron Paul spoke of how the universal soldier is at the mercy of the bureaucrats.

In the 2008 campaign, John McCain spoke of endless war. John McCain joked about bombing Iran. Obama predictably used the opportunity to appear to oppose bombing Iran.

Vice-president Lieberman, Obama's second-in-command, is now calling for plans to pre-emptively bomb Iran. Lieberman said in part, "I certainly think it's time for the United States to have plans that will enable us to use force to stop the Iranian nuclear program if the president orders such an attack," says Sen. Lieberman, chairman of the Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs."

The Democrats and the Republicans lost their moral path and became war-mongers advocating unneeded wars. The universal soldier is the fodder for the politician's endless wars.

Kentucky Primary

Rand Paul is on track to beat his (neo-con Cheney-endorsed) challenger Trey Grayson. The Tea Party movement and Sarah Palin are backing Rand Paul.

... Rand Paul leading his closest opponent 45-30 in the GOP Senate primary. The results reflect previous polls showing the same percentage lead for Dr. Paul. All credible independent polls taken in the last several months have shown Rand Paul up by double digits.
