McCain is certainly a fighter. Having previously sponsored amnesty for illegal aliens, he turned that vulnerability around by spending $20 million to defeat his primary opponent in Arizona. This shows the power of money.

In the meantime, McCain continues to ignore the constitution by authoring legislation to indefinitely detain Americans:
